About the role#
Circle Logistics is hiring interns for our Spring 2027 program in Fort Wayne. You will join one of two core departments: Carrier Sales or Inside Sales and Account Management. We work with you during the interview process to determine which path best fits your interests and career goals. This is a paid, part-time position running from February 22nd to April 30th, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build customer relationships and help them succeed.
- Negotiate rates and lock in capacity with transportation providers.
- Connect with customers and internal teams to keep operations running.
- Participate in load execution and service management.
- Learn about market dynamics and freight movement from pickup to delivery.
What you'll need#
- You are a current college student pursuing an associate or bachelor degree.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the Spring 2027 semester.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Motivation to grow and develop professionally.
- A competitive mindset and the ability to handle challenges.

- This role is based on-site at our headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- Schedules are built around your individual class schedule.
- High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time roles after graduation.
