Fall 2026 Part-Time Internship

About the role#

The Fall 2026 Part-Time Internship program offers students hands-on experience in the third-party logistics industry. Interns will work on-site at the Fort Wayne headquarters between September 14, 2026, and November 20, 2026. This role requires 20-30 hours per week, with schedules built around individual academic commitments. High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time roles upon graduation.

What you'll do#

Interns will be placed in either Carrier Sales or Inside Sales / Account Management based on their strengths and interests. Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with transportation providers.
• Manage load execution and service management to ensure smooth freight delivery.
• Engage in negotiation and monitor market dynamics and pricing strategies.
• Champion customer relationships and support account management goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate freight movement from pickup to delivery.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an associate's or bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• A competitive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Strong verbal communication skills for frequent interaction with customers and carriers.
• Resilience and a coachable attitude toward professional feedback.
• Strong time-management skills to balance academic and professional responsibilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
