About the role#
Cintas is looking for an intern to join our team in Dayton. This program provides broad knowledge across all areas of our business and the professional services industry. You will gain experience by rotating through different departments to build your professional skillset.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program that covers all areas of the business.
- Gain exposure to various departments to develop your leadership, organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Combine hands-on training with regular interaction across multiple departments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Availability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Preferred experience includes previous internships in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles, as well as leadership experience in campus activities.
