About the role#
Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering a 10-week summer internship program for undergraduate students within our Corporate Finance department. This program runs from late May through early August and provides exposure to leadership, professional development, and networking events. Interns will be placed in either Sales Finance or Operations Finance roles to support our business functions.
What you'll do#
- Perform monthly business review meetings and analyze shipment versus consumption data.
- Evaluate promotional events and provide recommendations to improve trade fund usage and ROI.
- Conduct month-end close accounting, reporting, and analysis for all plants and GMS.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, including production variances and accruals.
- Provide master data and standard cost support to plant and contract manufacturing accounting teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student with at least two years of completed coursework.
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Valid US Work Authorization (US Citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder).
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Ewing, New Jersey.
- The role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- A housing stipend is available for students residing more than 30 miles from the work site.
