About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in agronomy operations at our Park Rapids, Minnesota location. You will work directly with our team to support local farmers and customers while gaining practical knowledge of crop protection, seed management, and equipment maintenance. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including field scouting, crop nutrient application, and seed management.
- Handle daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product quality.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Assist customers and provide service to support their farming needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that meets company and regulatory standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
