About the role#
This role is for a Front of House Team Member based in La Porte, Texas. You will work directly for an independent Owner/Operator to provide a positive dining experience for our guests. This position is open to students and those looking for evening shifts.
What you'll do#
- Provide an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
- Ensure guests receive signature service and quality food.
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly throughout your shift.
- Communicate clearly with guests and other team members.
- Follow company rules and the established dress code.
- Build connections with guests through friendly service.
What you'll need#

- A customer service oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- You must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
