About the role#
We are looking for a Business Marketing Intern to join our team in Queen Creek. You will take ownership of a key business area, working directly with leadership to build and execute marketing strategies. You will focus on one of three areas: catering growth, marketing events with the mobile trailer, or the expansion of our delivery and mobile-thru business.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze your focus area to find growth opportunities.
- Develop and carry out a strategic marketing plan.
- Work with team members and stakeholders to execute your strategy.
- Build marketing tools, training materials, and systems that remain useful after your internship ends.
- Monitor performance metrics, collect feedback, and adjust your approach in real time.
- Present your results and recommendations to leadership at the end of your term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior undergraduate student in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or enrollment in an MBA program.
- Ability to work as a self-starter who enjoys storytelling and business innovation.
- Creative problem-solving skills paired with clear written and verbal communication.
- Commitment to team collaboration and servant leadership.

- This role is located at 30 W Ocotillo Rd, Queen Creek, AZ.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- The position operates on a rolling basis with flexible scheduling and an 8-hour shift structure.
