About the role#
DiBella’s is seeking a creative intern for the Fall 2026 term to help manage and grow our social media presence. This is a paid, on-site position based in Rochester, New York, requiring at least 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can move beyond static graphics to capture the energy of our restaurants through video and community engagement.
What you'll do#
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Visit restaurants to film food, guests, team members, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos that align with current social trends.
- Plan and schedule organic social content.
- Respond to followers and engage with guests using the DiBella’s brand voice.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to the development of our social media strategy.
What you'll need#
- Strong video shooting and editing skills.
- A deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, trends, and internet culture.
- Confidence in approaching people and filming in public settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Great instincts for identifying high-performing content.
- Ability to take initiative and own projects.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Graphic Design.
