About the role#
Cerity Partners is hiring an intern for our Outsourced CIO team in New York City. This summer 2027 program offers practical experience in the financial services industry. You will support our Client Services, Operations, Accounting, and Finance teams while working 30 to 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative and project support across multiple internal teams.
- Assist with client reporting and prepare materials for internal or client meetings.
- Monitor client correspondence, retrieve documents, and set reminders for follow-up actions.
- Help with month-end close processes and perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Process Accounts Payable transactions and participate in cycle counts.
- Review team materials to ensure accuracy.
- Complete various ad hoc projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Major in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Active participation in campus organizations, with a preference for leadership roles or prior professional work experience.
- Alignment with the mission and core values of Cerity Partners.
