About the role#
This is an unpaid internship opportunity at CenterWell. You will act as an apprentice while completing your formal education or shortly after graduation. This role involves performing administrative, operational, and customer support tasks. You will work on semi-routine assignments and perform computations under minimal direction.
What you'll do#
- Handle moderately complex administrative and operational tasks.
- Perform computations related to your field of study.
- Interpret departmental policies to complete your assignments.
- Prioritize your daily tasks and manage your own timing within defined project parameters.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program.
- Majors in Public Health, Health Administration, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- You must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
- A desire to contribute to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Active involvement in campus or community activities.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position based in Ohio.
- You must provide your own internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.
- You must work from a dedicated, private space to protect member information.
- Occasional travel to company offices for training or meetings may be required.
