About the role#
This internship offers students the opportunity to represent CDW on campus while gaining professional experience in the IT services industry. You will work with a dedicated program manager and sales team to support technology initiatives, foster relationships between the company and university departments, and enhance the student technology experience. This is a paid, year-round position designed to accommodate your academic schedule.
What you'll do#
- Serve as a primary liaison between the CDW sales team, university administration, and IT departments.
- Network and build relationships with existing customers across various campus departments.
- Research current technology trends and identify strategic opportunities for CDW on campus.
- Educate customers on the CDW partnership and the value provided to the university.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including job shadowing, webinars, and vendor-sponsored events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in an undergraduate program, pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong organization and time management skills to work effectively in an independent environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of an organization.
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week year-round.
- Authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this role).

- Compensation: $15.85 per hour.
- Employment type: Part-time, year-round internship.
