About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support CDW operations directly from your university campus. You will work with a dedicated Intern Program Manager and a sales team to gain hands-on experience in the technology industry. The role includes six weeks of paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop professional skills. You will manage your own schedule to balance academic requirements with work responsibilities.
What you'll do#
- Act as a liaison between the CDW sales team, your university, and technology partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers across various campus departments.
- Research technology trends to identify opportunities for CDW to provide strategic value.
- Educate existing customers on the CDW partnership and the expertise available to the university.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in an undergraduate program at the University of Southern California.
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week during standard business hours, year-round.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills and analytical aptitude.
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of an organization.
- Authorization to work for CDW in the United States.

- This position is remote and based on your university campus.
- The hourly compensation is $18.42.
- This is a part-time, year-round role.
