About the role#
Cardinal Group Companies is looking for a Leasing Community Intern in College Station, Texas. This part-time, paid internship is a great fit for students in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications who want hands-on experience in real estate. You will help manage leasing operations and build community engagement.
What you'll do#
- Greet prospective residents and lead property tours.
- Help manage lease applications and track leads using our CRM system.
- Provide customer service to current and future residents.
- Handle front desk tasks like answering calls and emails.
- Plan and host resident events to build community.
- Work with the Social Media Intern on marketing content.
- Keep the tour path clean and welcoming.
- Shop other properties to track local trends and share ideas with leadership.
- Support the Leasing Manager with team coaching and special projects.
- Participate in company training programs.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for customer service, leasing, and marketing.
- You are involved on campus and well-connected within student life.
- You are energetic and adaptable.
- Experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience as a Brand Ambassador, Leasing Consultant, or Administrative Assistant is a plus.
- An interest in social media, marketing, and event planning is preferred.

- Location: College Station, Texas.
- This is an on-site, part-time role.
- The internship is paid and operates on a rolling basis.
