About the role#
The Analyst Early Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time paid experience running from June through August 2027. This program helps you build skills to prepare for a future career as a Business Analyst. You will work on hands-on projects, participate in learning sessions, and network with associates across the company.
What you'll do#
- Engage in an interactive learning experience to turn data into insights and develop solutions to business problems.
- Complete a specialized analytics project that involves framing a business challenge and presenting a strategic recommendation.
- Work as an active member of an analyst team.
- Use analytics software to understand how business decisions affect profitability.
- Build relationships with senior leaders, managers, and mentors.
- Access company resources for professional development and community engagement.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and expect to graduate by August 2030 or earlier.
- You must be in Sophomore Undergraduate Standing for the 2026-2027 academic year.
- You will continue in the same course of study after the internship ends.
- You are comfortable working on-site in the continental United States.
- We welcome students from all academic disciplines, including Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, and Computer Science.

- This internship is located in McLean, Virginia.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the assigned location.
- The salary for this program is $89,000 per year.
