About the role#
As an Account Management Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to solve supply chain challenges. You will gain exposure to customer relationship management, transportation operations, data analytics, and business strategy. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational business skills and learn from experts in the logistics industry.
What you'll do#
- Support customer-facing teams with day-to-day account activities.
- Analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data.
- Assist with shipment execution and identify ways to improve service and efficiency.
- Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management.
- Use technology and data insights to solve business challenges.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience.
- Build relationships across the organization to develop a deeper understanding of the logistics industry.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically.
- Curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and resilience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Experience through student organizations, leadership roles, internships, part-time work, athletics, or volunteer activities.
- Interest in customer relationship management, business strategy, and supply chain management.
