About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will work alongside industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices. The program includes an interactive onboarding session focused on technology, business development strategies, and company culture. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, operations management, and transportation information systems.
What you'll do#
- Build relationships internally across teams and externally with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Use company technology systems, including the Navisphere platform.
- Apply skills in sales, negotiation, and operations management.
- Contribute to initiatives that support business growth and client service.
What you'll need#

- Undergraduate status as a Junior or Senior.
