About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of field operations, technology, and digital product development. You will work under direct supervision to support digital transformation efforts, specifically focusing on the adoption of the myBLDR platform. The role acts as a bridge between field personnel and digital product teams, ensuring that operational needs are translated into effective technology solutions.
What you'll do#
- Act as a liaison between field teams and digital product teams to ensure feedback and challenges are understood.
- Translate technical concepts and product enhancements into clear, user-friendly messaging for field employees.
- Build relationships with field stakeholders to encourage trust and adoption of digital tools.
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities within an assigned market area.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, adoption data, and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify barriers to adoption and recommend solutions to improve user experience.
- Translate field feedback into actionable product recommendations and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, and Operations, to support project goals.
- Assist with communication and change management initiatives.
- Share success stories and best practices across assigned markets.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning.
- Develop and present findings, recommendations, and outcomes at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management or a related field.
- Open to students at any academic level, including Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate students.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- General understanding of business and digital technology.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Knowledge of change management concepts and organizational adoption practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
