About the role#
The Supply Chain Intern will support the Supply Chain and Purchasing teams through ERP integration activities, data cleansing, and continuous improvement projects. You will work alongside Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Engineering teams to improve data accuracy and drive operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on experience in procurement, material planning, supplier management, and data governance.
What you'll do#
- Support ERP implementation activities, including data validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain and audit ERP data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Cleanse item master records and validate supplier information.
- Assist with the standardization of naming conventions, lead times, and purchasing attributes.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor data quality metrics.
- Assist buyers with purchase order processing and maintenance.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and order status.
- Document current and future-state processes to support workflow optimization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain concepts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States immediately without the need for sponsorship.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, D365, QAD, or Infor is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.

- Locations: Tulsa, Oklahoma and Lowell, Michigan.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
