About the role#
Navico Group is looking for a Technical Support Intern to join the team in Tulsa. This role focuses on supporting users of Lowrance marine equipment. You will act as a primary contact for customers, providing guidance on product features, installation, and troubleshooting. This is a full-time, paid internship running from May through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Serve as a key contact for customers via phone and email.
- Assist with product questions, including features, installation, and compatibility.
- Perform remote troubleshooting using schematics and internal tools.
- Document customer cases in CRM systems.
- Analyze service trends to help improve product quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training materials and service documentation.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program at Tulsa University, Rogers State University, Oklahoma State University, or the University of Oklahoma.
- Successful completion of the Navico Online Learning Academy (NOLA) training program.
- Practical computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A professional, positive, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various personality types.
- Preference given to active members of a collegiate fishing team.
- Preference given to candidates with 1 year of experience in Marine or RV electronics installation, repair, or support.
- Preference given to those familiar with the Lowrance HDS Ecosystem, or those holding ABYC, NMEA, MEI, or FCC certifications.
- Preference given to candidates bilingual in Spanish and English.
Location & details#
- Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Modality: Hybrid and on-site.
