About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate finance, accounting, and business operations. You will own meaningful projects, receive mentorship from finance professionals, and gain exposure to senior leadership. This program serves as a primary pipeline for the Financial Leadership Development Program, and high-performing interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Lead finance and accounting projects from initial scope to final presentation.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and business drivers.
- Build financial models, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders to solve challenges.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with an expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Available full-time (40 hours per week) from June through August 2027.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

- Location: Mettawa, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (minimum three days per week onsite).
- Compensation: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour.
