About the role#
Brunswick Corporation is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship. You will report to a Design Engineering lead and focus on expanding testing capabilities for our electrical products. This position is open to students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
What you'll do#
- Conceive and refine testing documentation for electro-mechanical systems.
- Understand how our products function and interact with each other.
- Communicate design intent to both internal and external manufacturing teams.
- Execute engineering prototype builds.
- Install, test, and troubleshoot AC/DC electrical circuits, components, and systems.
- Generate engineering changes to release new or improved electrical components, panels, and wiring harnesses into production.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Ability to synthesize solutions when design inputs are vague or incomplete.
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a professional environment.
- A selfless, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
