About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in environmental engineering and consulting. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that support client and internal initiatives. The role involves research, data analysis, and technical documentation within a professional consulting environment. You will work under supervision and receive regular guidance from your team.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to support project planning and execution.
- Perform technical and operational tasks to support business needs.
- Participate in meetings by taking notes and tracking action items.
- Manage and deliver assignments on time.
- Attend Intern Workshops and Summer Series sessions.
- Complete an intern capstone project.
- Adapt to various additional assignments based on team needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Data Science.
- Continued enrollment in your degree program following the internship.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to organize information, maintain documentation, and track tasks with attention to detail.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to apply academic knowledge to practical technical challenges.
- Familiarity with technical, scientific, or data analysis tools.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
