About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join the marketing team to support product lifecycle management and help shape the marketing strategy for our ventilation and air quality product categories. You will gain hands-on experience by working on business-critical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the entire product development process.
What you'll do#
- Support the product lifecycle management for assigned categories.
- Contribute to product marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans, digital marketing, market research, and promotional activities.
- Define and present marketing requirements and business cases for new product development.
- Partner with teams to create and present internal and external product training programs.
- Create content to support key account management, line reviews, and new account development.
- Assist in managing new product launches through the Stage-Gate process.
- Represent marketing in cross-functional new product development teams.
- Provide data and input for annual marketing strategies, budgets, and plans.
- Lead and support the market share opportunity matrix to help identify growth directives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing.
- Ability to think entrepreneurially and generate creative, non-conventional ideas.
- Experience or interest in new product development processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High motivation, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Strong teamwork skills and empathy for both team members and target markets.
Location & details#
- Location: Hartford, Wisconsin.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) from June 1, 2027, through August 20, 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
