About the role#
This internship provides a direct look into the front-office operations of a global macro hedge fund. You will work with investment professionals to build systematic and discretionary processes. The program starts with one week of training covering financial markets, trading strategies, and technical tools. We aim to identify candidates for our 2028 Graduate Program.
What you'll do#
- Build pipelines to extract and analyze data from sources like asset prices and macroeconomic indicators.
- Develop models and trading signals to support the decision-making of Portfolio Managers.
- Integrate AI into analytical systems and build new tools using LLMs and agent workflows.
- Contribute to our core analytics library used for research, trading, and risk management.
What you'll need#
- You are a penultimate year undergraduate, or a 1st year master's or PhD student.
- Strong quantitative, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency in Excel, VBA, R, AI, and machine learning techniques.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, trading, and financial products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- An entrepreneurial spirit.

- Compensation: Paid position with an annualized salary of $200,000, prorated for the 10-week duration, plus a housing stipend and completion bonus.
