About the role#
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is hiring an Office Services Intern to assist with administrative, operational, and hospitality tasks. This role offers hands-on experience with the daily operations of a law firm. You will work with the Office Services team to support front desk coverage, mail distribution, and event logistics.
What you'll do#
- Greet clients, visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and firm events.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal deliveries.
- Organize and restock office supplies, inventory, and storage areas.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or current enrollment in a college or university program is preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.
