About the role#
As a Digital Transformation Analyst Intern, you will help public sector organizations solve complex business challenges using new digital strategies. You will contribute to real project work while learning how these organizations operate and how to build transformative technology and business systems. This internship provides hands-on experience in improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency under the guidance of experienced professionals.

- Gain exposure to core principles, theories, and concepts of digital transformation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve organizational performance.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Scheduled to graduate by Summer 2028.
- Experience working on a team in a professional or internship setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Background in data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence is helpful.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
