About the role#
As a Business & Office Management Intern, you will analyze Human Performance programs, processes, and workforce data. You will support initiatives across people analytics, leadership development, onboarding, culture activation, and organizational effectiveness. This role involves researching, gathering feedback, and engaging with stakeholders to understand needs. You will develop data-informed recommendations and deliver tools or frameworks that improve Human performance impact. You will also assist in planning and executing high-priority projects, redesigning processes, and exploring new approaches to talent and organizational development.
What you'll do#
- Analyze Human Performance programs and workforce data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support key initiatives in leadership development, onboarding, and culture activation.
- Conduct research and engage with stakeholders to gather feedback.
- Develop clear, data-informed recommendations.
- Deliver tools and solutions to enhance Human performance impact.
- Assist with the planning and execution of high-priority projects.
- Redesign processes and explore new approaches to organizational development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Kinesiology with an expected graduation date by May 2029.
- Experience working on a team in a professional environment.
- Experience with program support, campus leadership, or research.
- Ability to learn how to engage with core technology concepts.
- Ability to bring creative, analytical, and systems-thinking perspectives.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
- Experience using Microsoft Office or AI tools like MS Copilot is preferred.
- Experience as a support contractor, government staff, or industry staff is a plus.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their relevance to critical missions is beneficial.
- Ability to apply technical skills to design and build innovative solutions.
