    About the role#

    This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will support technical projects by assisting with planning, execution, monitoring, and control. This role involves working within a hybrid environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop, track, and update project schedules.
    • Prepare, monitor, and report on project finances, schedules, and scope.
    • Set up a regular monitoring process with project stakeholders.
    • Prepare and lead weekly progress presentations.
    • Improve project management processes, including risk and opportunity management, change management, and gate reviews.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a university engineering program or a field related to aerospace, with at least two years completed.
    • Strong interest in project management, innovation, and technology development.
    • Excellent organizational, time-management, and influential skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
    • Leadership initiative when required.
    • Strong communication skills, specifically in presenting to others.
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid.
    • Duration: 8 months.
    • Compensation: Paid position ranging from CAD $17.95 to $31.00 per hour based on skills and qualifications.
    • Note: This opportunity is for students only. Occasional travel outside of Canada may be required for training or work purposes.
