About the role#
The Print Production Assistant supports the printing division by helping with daily manufacturing and logistics tasks. This is a part-time position for students currently enrolled at Bob Jones University.
What you'll do#
- Assemble printed pages for textbooks.
- Collate signatures for binding and shrink wrap finished products.
- Assist with shipping preparation and receiving supplies.
- Perform cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Collect data and perform entry in Excel sheets.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for material handling when needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student at Bob Jones University.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs.
- Self-motivated work habits.
- Availability to work in four-hour increments for at least two days per week, totaling 12 hours.
- Completion of an on-site interview.
