About the role#
The BNY Product Management Internship Program provides students with hands-on experience in product discovery, design, and development. You will work within our Product Management Practice to support projects that align with business goals and client needs. This is a full-time, 10-week summer program designed to offer insight into the product lifecycle and the collaboration required to bring solutions to market.
What you'll do#
- Research user behavior, client needs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product priorities.
- Gather feedback from users, clients, and stakeholders to identify opportunities.
- Organize requirements and synthesize feedback to support roadmap development.
- Evaluate early product concepts and prototypes by documenting observations.
- Create product requirements, user journeys, and process flows.
- Monitor product adoption, usage, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams throughout the delivery process.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- A strong focus on Business Administration, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Ability to work without visa sponsorship.
