About the role#
This is a full-time Human Resources Summer Internship for 2027. You will work within the Human Resources Management Department at BNSF Railway in Fort Worth, Texas. The program includes professional development workshops and mentorship from HR leaders to help you gain experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. This position is paid, and successful interns may be considered for full-time Management Trainee roles after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Lead and participate in projects that influence business decisions.
- Partner with HR teams to share insights and suggest recommendations.
- Present proposals to team leaders and Senior HR leaders.
- Participate in HR department activities, including hiring, performance management, and talent development.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or a similar program.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Less than 3 years of professional work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Modality: Hybrid, with the ability to work one day per week remotely.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Training: Starts with a two-day orientation in Fort Worth.
