About the role#
This summer internship offers students a hands-on introduction to marketing within the freight transportation sector. You will work on strategic projects, analyze market data, and contribute to promotional campaigns. The program focuses on building analytical and communication skills through mentorship from marketing professionals. Successful interns may be considered for full-time management trainee roles after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Lead projects within a Marketing business unit to enhance customer experience and identify market trends.
- Conduct research using internal and external sources to identify trends.
- Create recommendations based on your analysis for various levels of the department.
- Identify and implement new process flows or automations for existing workflows.
- Gain knowledge of Marketing department systems and applications in the Customer Support Department.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Graduate degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
- Maintain at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Less than three years of professional work experience.
- At least 18 years old upon hire.
