About the role#
As a Wealth Investorline Associate, you will join our team for a 4-month internship during the Winter 2027 term. This role provides general office support and clerical tasks to help our business groups run smoothly. You will be part of our campus program, designed to help you build skills and gain practical experience in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Troubleshoot routine problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support change management activities and monitor work quality.
- Coordinate schedules, forecast resource requirements, and assign tasks within established guidelines.
- Maintain databases, filing systems, and office supply inventories.
- Process budget and capital expenditure invoices, resolving any discrepancies.
- Schedule meetings, book travel arrangements, and manage catering or conference calls.
- Write, edit, and distribute communication materials for the team.
- Verify staff timesheets and track attendance data.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework in your daily tasks to protect company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic program, with a plan to return to your studies.
- A strong desire to learn and a motivated approach to work.
- Good verbal and written communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of office equipment and routine business procedures.
- Understanding of business unit products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with transactional documentation and workflow deadlines.
- A Certificate in Office Administration is considered an asset.
