Growth Marketing SEO & Content Intern

About the role#

Blueprint is seeking a Growth Marketing SEO & Content Intern to join the team. This role focuses on creating search-optimized content to help mental health therapists understand the value of Blueprint’s AI-powered tools. You will work directly with the growth marketing team and collaborate with clinical experts to produce clear, useful content. This is an opportunity to learn how growth marketing, website strategy, and acquisition work within a digital health startup.

What you'll do#

• Use AI tools to support research, outlining, drafting, editing, summarizing, and organizing marketing content.
• Help create and improve website content, including blog posts, resource guides, and landing pages.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic search growth.
• Review search results, competitor pages, and therapist pain points to inform content creation.
• Support web content and conversion-focused copy to help therapists understand Blueprint’s value.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to turn expert input into practical content for therapists.
• Organize SEO research, content briefs, and performance insights to support marketing operations.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree, current enrollment in a degree program, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Strong writing, research, and editing skills.
• Strong interest in growth marketing, SEO, content strategy, AI, health tech, mental health, or prosumer software.
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to take feedback and improve work quickly.
• High curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• No clinical degree or expertise is required.
