    About the role#

    As a Campaign Fundraising Manager for the Student Visionaries of the Year program, you will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising products. You will manage complex campaigns and focus on meeting revenue goals within the East Bay market. This role requires independent planning and the ability to coach other team members.

    What you'll do#

    • Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet annual budget goals.
    • Implement organizational campaign standards across your event portfolio.
    • Track key performance indicators to adjust activities and stay on schedule.
    • Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting corporate partners and closing agreements.
    • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
    • Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate the mission.
    • Organize local donor cultivation events and identify donors for national stewardship.
    • Collaborate with regional teams and national partners.
    • Develop recruitment plans to secure new partners through independent research.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
    • Solid understanding of campaign execution, forecasting, and success requirements.
    • Excellent skills in sales, volunteer recruitment, and relationship building.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and multiple sales channels, including social media.
    • Ability to supervise volunteers and influence others.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.

    • Location: Walnut Creek, California.
    • Modality: Hybrid.
    • Employment: Full-time, paid position.
    • Compensation: $43 to $46 per hour.
    • Schedule: Requires travel within the designated area and occasional work on evenings or weekends.
    • Physical requirements: Ability to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
