About the role#
The Admissions Office at Bethel University is hiring a Graduate Assistant to support daily operations and enrollment management. This role provides hands-on experience in higher education administration, event planning, and customer relations. You will act as an ambassador for the university while working closely with the Admissions Operations team.
What you'll do#
- Manage data entry and maintenance within the SLATE CRM to ensure student records are accurate.
- Generate reports and track admissions data for departmental projects.
- Provide front desk coverage, welcome visitors, and coordinate appointments in the Welcome Center.
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle general inquiries.
- Assist admissions counselors with mailings, communication campaigns, and recruitment projects.
- Prepare materials for travel and counselor territories.
- Help plan and execute campus visit programs and recruitment events.
- Manage event logistics, including setup and teardown for Open Houses and Preview Days.
- Support team initiatives and assist with follow-up communication to prospective students.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a graduate student.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration or Communications.

- The position is based in Mishawaka, Indiana.
- This is an on-site, part-time role.
