About the role#
The AHS Student Lab Manager provides administrative support and coordinates daily operations for the Applied Health Science Department. You will assist faculty with various tasks, support student registration, and help with academic advising. This role focuses on student involvement and maintaining the department labs.
What you'll do#
- Manage the front desk and provide general administrative support.
- Coordinate the day-to-day management of the department.
- Organize and maintain lab spaces and equipment.
- Manage the AHS-labs calendar for all lab spaces.
- Assist with student registration and academic advising sessions.
- Lead admissions tours and informational meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the Applied Health Science Department.
- Third or fourth year student standing.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Location & details#
- Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: On-site at the LWLC 400 lobby.
- Term: Fall 2026, Winter 2027, and Spring 2027.
- Hours: 8-10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.
- This is a paid position.
