About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring for a Co-op or Intern position within the International Tax team in Vancouver. This is a full-time, paid opportunity for Summer 2027. You will work on-site as part of a team focused on providing tax advice and insight to clients.
What you'll do#
- Apply technical knowledge from your tax courses to daily assignments.
- Prepare personal tax returns and contribute to various compliance projects.
- Develop project management skills by tracking timelines and providing status updates to senior team members.
- Monitor your time spent on files and flag any concerns that may impact project delivery.
- Build and maintain client relationships through direct communication and responding to requests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accounting degree or diploma program.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and a proactive approach to learning.
- A commitment to providing high-quality client service.

- Compensation: $48,000 to $60,000 annually.
