About the role#
This Summer Analyst program offers hands-on experience within the Barclays US Consumer Bank. You will work on real business challenges alongside teams in marketing, product management, partnerships, analytics, and business development. This 10-week program focuses on how data, technology, and strategic thinking shape modern business growth and customer experiences.
What you'll do#
- Execute research projects to support strategic decision making.
- Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate your research findings.
- Identify new opportunities and develop business cases for products and services.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline with an anticipated graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 or above is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- An interest in how data, analytics, and technology inform business decisions.
