About the role#
This summer internship offers a view into the day-to-day operations of our investment banking division. You will work with various teams to help solve strategic questions for our clients. The program lasts 8-10 weeks and provides exposure to transactions, client goals, and different specialist areas. You will work on live deals and proposals while receiving guidance from a mentor and line manager.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on live deals and client pitches.
- Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision-making.
- Perform client due diligence and conduct industry research.
- Create written materials, including offering memoranda and new business presentations.
- Support teams in advising corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and risk management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- A strong interest in business and finance.
- Ability to work in a team environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
