About the role#
The Banking Associate Summer Internship Program at Barclays offers a 8-10 week experience within the investment banking division. This program is designed for students to gain exposure to various clients and transactions while contributing to live deals. You will work alongside industry experts to support corporate clients with mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and risk management strategies.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on live deals and client pitches to support advisory work.
- Develop and implement financial models and strategies to assist in decision making.
- Conduct client due diligence and industry research.
- Prepare offering memoranda and new business presentations.
- Participate in training and development programs to build professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 or above.
- A keen interest in business and finance.
- Ability to work on-site.
