About the role#
As an Intern-Nurse I, you will provide technical assistance to support quality patient outcomes. You will work under the direction of a registered nurse to assist staff, patients, and guests. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Assess patients while working under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Help develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care and support the nursing staff.
- Participate in activities aimed at improving health care delivery.
- Build your clinical leadership knowledge and complete assigned educational goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time senior student in an approved registered nursing program.
- Graduation projected within one year.
- Ability to meet or exceed all academic requirements.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to obtain BLS certification within 14 days of your hire date.
