About the role#
We are looking for a CPA Articling Student to join our Direct-to-Tax team starting in Fall 2027. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vancouver. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting our tax department while gaining practical experience toward your CPA designation.
What you'll do#
- Prepare Canadian Income Tax Returns.
- Assist with tax planning and tax provision work.
- Learn and apply tax compliance rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with other client service departments to gather necessary information and meet deadlines.
- Participate in internal firm meetings and events while maintaining an active in-office presence for the tax team.
- Provide customer-focused service to both internal team members and external clients.
What you'll need#
- Completed or near completion of an undergraduate degree and all CPA pre-requisite courses.
- A clear plan to pursue your CPA designation.
- Strong client service skills and a professional attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Location & details#
- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Fall 2027 start.
- Compensation: $53,000 to $55,000 per annum.
