About the role#
This is a permanent, full-time CPA Articling Student position within the External Audit, Private Companies team. You will start in January 2027 and work in a hybrid capacity based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
What you'll do#
- Examine and analyze journal entries, assets, liabilities, expenditures, tax returns, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct field engagement work at client sites to verify compliance with the Income Tax Act, the Canadian Business Corporations Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and offer recommendations to improve accounting and management practices for client corporations.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree that is completed or nearing completion, including all CPA pre-requisite courses.
- A clear plan to pursue your CPA designation.
- Strong client service skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.

- Compensation: $53,000 to $55,000 per annum.
