About the role#
This Investment Banking Associate internship provides exposure to a wide range of transactions across various industries. You will work directly with senior bankers and client management teams in a professional environment that emphasizes teamwork and performance.
What you'll do#
- Provide execution support for public equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and other financial advisory services.
- Lead the preparation of company valuations, financial models, and client presentations.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to support deal teams.
- Gain hands-on experience by working alongside senior bankers and client leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a 1st year MBA candidate with an expected graduation in winter 2027 or spring 2028.
- Three to five years of prior work experience.
- Superior intellect and demonstrated leadership ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Majors in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

- The internship takes place during the Summer of 2027.
