About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside Transamerica team members on business projects. You will apply your classroom knowledge to real-world tasks while building relationships with leaders and team members across various finance areas. This is a full-time, 14-week position running from late January to late April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Use financial tools to produce a variety of analyses.
- Ensure adherence to the company framework of internal controls.
- Conduct business process and data analysis to align requirements with business initiatives.
- Facilitate the elicitation of business and systems requirements.
- Serve as a liaison to business units when gathering requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a college or university in an accounting, finance, business analytics, or related analytical degree program.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Compensation: Paid at $21.00 per hour.
