About the role#
This is a summer internship for an Investment Banking Associate based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will work on live deals and gain exposure to a variety of industries. The role requires a full-time commitment during the summer months.
What you'll do#
- Provide execution support for public equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services.
- Lead the preparation of company valuations, financial models, and client presentations.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to support deal teams.
- Work closely with senior bankers and senior management at client organizations.
- Gain broad exposure to an array of transactions.
What you'll need#
- You are a 1st year MBA candidate graduating in winter 2027 or spring 2028.
- Three to five years of prior work experience.
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and the capacity to work well in a team.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.

- Compensation: $175,000 base salary, pro-rated for the duration of the summer program.
