About the role#
This internship offers a look into the daily work of Financial Advisors and their teams. You will work full time during the summer of 2027, typically 37.5 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Interns are treated as team members and contribute to the success of the office while applying classroom knowledge to professional tasks.
What you'll do#
- Support Financial Advisors with research and report reviews.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Assist the team with financial planning and market research.
- Handle administrative tasks, phone calls, and basic client questions.
- Contribute to branch marketing initiatives.
- Process necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Take on additional duties and project support as needed.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- An anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A genuine interest in financial services and a career in private wealth management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
- A high level of motivation, proactivity, and strategic thinking.
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Positions are available in Phoenix, Peoria, Scottsdale, and Chandler, Arizona.
- This role does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
