About the role#
This internship provides real-world experience within our Private Wealth Management team. You will work alongside Financial Advisors and their teams to gain insight into their daily operations. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Chicago office for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support Financial Advisors with research and report reviews.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Assist with financial planning and market research projects.
- Handle administrative tasks, phone calls, and basic client inquiries.
- Process necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Contribute to branch marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- An anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A genuine interest in building a career in private wealth management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027, starting in June.
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus paid holidays.
