About the role#
The Leadership Development Internship (LDI) is a selective 10-12 week summer experience for students seeking to solve business challenges at a high-growth technology company. Interns join a cohort to work on projects that influence decision-making and contribute to the company mission. This program provides exposure to various functions including product management, corporate strategy, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
What you'll do#
- Own meaningful work from day one by partnering with leaders to solve complex business challenges.
- Gain experience across key teams and functions throughout the organization.
- Receive mentorship from Leadership Development Program alumni, business leaders, and subject matter experts.
- Participate in LDI-specific programming such as panels, speaker sessions, and networking events designed to accelerate professional development.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, with a preference for the Class of 2028.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or community involvement.
- A passion for solving complex problems.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments.
- Enthusiasm for the company mission and core values.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Political Science.

- Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (On-site at Axon Headquarters).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time and paid internship.
